AEP EUI & Key

I am trying to add a node with the lora-query tool and wondering how could I get the EUI & Key for the AEP. The doc says if I use Name & Passphrase they would be converted to EUI & 128-bit key. Where can or how can I get the generated EUI & Key.

Is there a tool to work out the EUI with name & generate the Network key?
