How can I send payloads from a PLC?

Hi,

I have a Conduit MTCDT-H5-246A-868-EU-GB and I am running from it a NodeRed code to control LoRa relays.

Now I am sending the payloads using the Nodered (with timestamps) or with an external platform.

I would like to send those payloads through my PLC instead.
How could I communicate my plc from nodered?

The PLC can work with Ethercat and Canopen.
