I have already played with Conduit AEP models, and discovered your deviceHQ service, that is very nice.
I am also playing with your mtcap models, and I have upgraded it to 3.3.9 and started annexcd client.
It works well, I now see my MTCAP device, but when I try to change settings to upload device logs to deviceHQ (nice feature 
), it tells me
The following devices do not support device log requests. Device logs scheduling options will not be applied. Support for device logs can be enabled by upgrading device firmware.
What can I do, as I currently have the latest release? Is it currently under development?
