Unable to update LoRa USB packet forwarder packages

I’m running mLinux on Model: MTCDT-H5-210L-US-EU-GB
I’m unable to properly establish a LoRa Network and am trying to update all packages to see if that fixes it. I’ve updated all packages except for the USB packet forwarder and when I do I get the error:

* libmpsse (>= 1.3) *
